This freeway is 6 laned on most of its lenght. Chomedey Autoroute, formerly tolled, was planned to link the two Montreal
International Airports. In the late 90's, MTQ planned to extend A-13 north of A-640, as an alternative for A-15. Since Mirabel Int'l Aiport does not accept passenger flights anymore, probably that this project is postponed.
